Description	Through the use of reporting tools, administrators can control their environment and determine which actions to take based upon the actions they are trying to accomplish. Through hands-on labs, learn to optimize ITSM and incorporate Disaster Recovery Manager to improve and automate recovery. Also, learn to implement complimentary software such as IBM Tivoli Data Protection for Mail: Domino V5.2. In additional lab activities, demonstrate the capabilities of ITSM 5.2 in a Storage Area Network (SAN) environment.

Prerequisites	You should complete: IBM Tivoli Storage Manager 5.2 Implementation (TS572) or have equivalent experience administering ITSM.
