The overall purpose of the course is to provide students with proven strategies and practical approaches to the management of risk associated with information technology projects. Further, the purpose is to convey to the students that managing risk is a business imperative applicable to the full project life cycle and to expand their knowledge of the ways and means (methods, techniques, and tools), and skills required to manage risk in a professional and comprehensive manner.
The course includes interactive course room discussions and team exercises to maximize the learning experience. |
