Using interactive hands-on learning techniques, students will extend their basic Notes skills through customization and management of their messaging and collaboration environment and their ability to use Notes from a remote location.

Individuals who are new to Notes

The prerequisites for this course include:

• Basic Windows experience, including a mouse
• Attendance in the Introducing the Notes Client course or equivalent experience

By the end of this course, the student should be able to:

• Customise their Notes mail environment
• Manage their mail
• Use Mail as a work group tool (optional)
• Prepare and use Notes on the road
• Manage their Personal Address Book
